Each participating organisation will form a core team of up to six representatives ranging from university leadership, research, academic and professional staff responsible for engagement.
The core team will participate in the group events, work collaboratively with UIIN and external experts and act as ambassadors within their organisation to drive the program and implement the recommendations.
After the program, network and learn from other organisations who are going through similar changes as part of the UIIN global community.
